These terms govern your use of TaxReady. This page is a working draft pending review by Canadian counsel; the full terms will be finalized before public launch.

The service

TaxReady provides bookkeeping, document-capture, and tax-prep tooling and an AI data assistant. TaxReady is software — not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice — and is not a tax-filing service. It does not file with the CRA and does not guarantee any tax outcome.

Accounts & sign-in

Sign-in is handled by Microsoft Entra External ID. You are responsible for securing your account.

Plans, trials & billing

Starter is free; Lite, Plus, Business, and Ultimate are paid. New accounts include a 14-day Plus trial. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period.

Your data

You own your data. You grant Nextia a limited licence to process it to provide the service, and you can export it at any time.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is.” Limitations of liability and indemnity terms will be set out in the final document.
